Shipping Information:
Most orders for in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours. We use UPS (www.ups.com) and USPS (www.usps.com) or FedEx (www.fedex.com). Orders shipping to a PO Box can ship via USPS only. Please add orders@otakuplay.com, and shipping@otakuplay.com to your allowed mailing lists, to ensure that you receive all of our communication emails, and order updates.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped only. After orders are shipped, return policy below applies.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. Opened games or software cannot be returned. Unwanted items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee (minimum $2.50) . Shipping costs are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for costs to send the item back (we suggest an insured and trackable shipping method). Items found to have been used, or with serial numbers not matching the item shipped, will not be accepted, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us (orders@otakuplay.com) within 3 days of receipt. We will then proceed with an insurance claim or instructions to return the item.
Order errors:
If you receive a wrong item than what you have ordered, please contact us within 3 business days (orders@otakuplay.com), and we will do our best to get the correct item to you as soon as possible.
